Before you arrive, please give us a call to verify your health benefits to see whether treatment services will require a copay, deductible, or coinsurance.
Elements Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation also offers a private pay plan if you do not have health insurance or have exhausted your benefits. For additional information about our service rates and payment options, please contact us as soon as possible!
We also provide direct billing for all WCB, MVA, and AHS-funded physiotherapy services.
Direct Billing Process
Provide your insurance information when booking your appointment, and we’ll take care of the rest. Remember to bring your insurance card and any relevant coverage details to your appointment. We can also provide you with billing statements.
Cost of Physiotherapy Visits
Our pricing is available on our online booking portal. Each physiotherapy service is listed separately. The total cost of care depends on your individual needs and treatment goals. Your physiotherapist will discuss this with you as part of your Plan of Care.

Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers. Please check with your provider to confirm if your insurance is eligible for direct billing. It may be helpful to ask what services they cover, the annual limit, and when the limit is renewed. Please note that some services may not qualify for coverage or direct billing.
Do I need to pay anything upfront if I use direct billing?
In most cases, you will not need to pay anything upfront if you use direct billing. Any portion of the cost not covered by your insurance plan will be billed to you after your treatment.
