Vrunda Bhatt earned her Honours degree in Physical Therapy from Sikkim Manipal University, India, in 2010. With over fifteen years of clinical experience, she has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, including acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient clinics, and community rehabilitation programs.
She has extensive experience treating post surgical cases such as joint replacements, as well as sports and orthopaedic injuries, including strains, sprains, and fractures. Vrunda also manages a wide range of neurological conditions, including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, spasticity, and low muscle tone, with a particular focus on stroke rehabilitation and acquired brain injury recovery.
Vrunda is a Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist, Vestibular Therapist, and Concussion Therapist, allowing her to provide specialized, comprehensive care for pelvic health, balance disorders, and concussion recovery.
Committed to lifelong learning, she continually updates her clinical knowledge through ongoing education and review of current research. Her evidence-based approach ensures safe, effective, and outcome-focused care.
Her treatment methods combine manual therapy, soft tissue and myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization, sensory integration, and customized exercise programs. She also integrates therapeutic principles from yoga to enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
Vrunda treats a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including sports injury rehabilitation, concussion care, pelvic floor and vestibular therapy, and complex or chronic pain management.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with gym workouts, cycling, skiing, and yoga, which she thoughtfully incorporates into her patient care philosophy.
She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
